Mike communicated throughout the process of getting a quote, to Planning the work and consulted with me to match the new down lights with the existing down lights I already had. Mike was prompt on the day the work was carried out, was friendly and respectful of his surroundings and did the work exactly as he explained and to a very high standard, I am extremely happy with the work carried out, when Mike finished the work, my partner asked him for some advice on an extra plug socket in the garage for an electric garage door being fitted, Mike offered to carry out the work then and there as he had time before his next job and only charged a nominal fee for the extra work.
